Now the women there are struggling to keep the community alive through the disciplined use of anti-retro virals (ARVS). Backed by the Keiskamma art project, a small HIV/Aids programme was begun in 2004.
I recently read an article on BBC News about HIV/AIDS and research shows that there are new and inexpensive ways of preventing the spread.
